Mariel Gardner

Mariel joined the Strengthening Families Program in 2023 motivated by her passion for working with families and guiding them through the different stages of their lives. She believes in the importance of building strong relationships and empowering families to take responsibility for their growth and unique journeys.

Mariel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Catholic University in La Paz Bolivia, her home country, specializing in Family Therapy. She is also a passionate advocate for early childhood education and works to provide support to preschool teachers. Her fluency in Spanish allows her to reach Latinx families and help them achieve their goals.
In her free time, Mariel enjoys traveling, being outdoors, running, hiking with her husband and dog, and spending time with family.
