At some point in our lives, we all go through relationship stresses, or experiences of depression, anxiety, trauma, or loss.
Family Services offers that safe place. We provide outpatient therapy via Telehealth (online) and in-person, as well as counseling support and educational programs to help children, adults, and families cope with challenges in their lives.
Guided by our highly qualified staff of therapists, our clients are led through a process of goal-setting and self-discovery to help them make positive changes and achieve greater levels of self-satisfaction. Our therapists are trained in approaches such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Family Systems. Therapy helps you see your situation more clearly and discover your own inner wisdom and strength. The therapist will help you gain confidence and trust in yourself so you can make better decisions and handle problems as they arise.
