Lynn McGuire Raj

Lynn is a Clinical Social Work intern with the counseling unit at Family Services, currently pursuing her MSW at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Before pursuing her Master’s, Lynn worked in non-profit and integrative health, creating experiences that served to uplift and transform communities. Now, she brings her passion to fostering growth within individuals. Anchored in compassion, empathy, and unconditional acceptance, Lynn partners with her clients to cultivate their strengths and build resiliency. Trauma-informed and solutions-based, Lynn supports her clients in developing healthy strategies to cope with life’s stressors — from anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relational issues to grief and loss. Honoring her clients’ innate worth and wisdom, she believes the path to healing and wholeness is possible.
