Lisha Méjan

Lisha Méjan works with individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, other mood disorders, trauma, difficulty adjusting to divorce, adoption, loss or other life changes. She partners with her clients using a solution focused and strength based approach. In therapy, Lisha uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Solution based techniques, Brainspotting, and trauma informed strategies, as well as a variety of other interventions and strategies, in a way that best meets the needs of the individual.

She is a rostered clinician in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents. Lisha has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from North Carolina State University. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
