Meet Our Therapists and Family Coaches

Kelly Riley

Kelly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing outpatient therapy for children and families as well as individual adults. The heart of her work is that every person deserves to feel safe, connected, loved, and that they matter deeply. Kelly offers support to clients through the ups and downs of life, helping them to learn more about who they are and what they want for their futures. Kelly also walks alongside families looking for ways to better relate, communicate, and care for each other.

Kelly has Masters degrees from Baylor University and has previous experience in foster care, adoption, and in health and wellness coaching. In therapy, Kelly’s approach is grounded in Person Centered Therapy and Child Centered Play Therapy. She focuses on meeting each person where they are, uncovering their strengths, and offering support and guidance as they work through challenges and find their next steps forward. Kelly uses a variety of modalities to assist clients, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness practices, and others. Kelly is also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to support children, teens, and their caregivers in moving forward after traumatic experiences. Kelly helps those dealing with life transitions and challenges, family difficulties, anxiety, depression, trauma, and other concerns. She enjoys working with individuals of all ages and has a special interest in working with young children and their caregivers in play therapy.
