Justina Vaughan

Justina is the Clinical Services Specialist at Family Services. She handles incoming counseling and Strengthening Families Program referrals, appointment scheduling, and managing the counseling waitlist. Justina also maintains community resource lists to share with clients and staff as needed. Justina advocates for the needs of each client and uses a trauma-informed approach to serve clients during each call. She strives to meet clients with warmth and discernment as they navigate, finding the services they need.

Justina obtained both a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in child development from the North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
