FREE community strength and empowerment boxing clinic led by Heather “The Heat” Hardy, former WBO Women’s Featherweight World Champion and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. Experience boxing fundamentals, confidence-building movement, and a shared sense of strength that can only happen when a community shows up together.

First 100 attendees on event day receive a cooling neck towel. REGISTRATION REQUIRED; additional donations support the Family Services One Step Closer capital campaign to build a new emergency domestic violence shelter for Forsyth County.
