When you hear about domestic abuse, you probably imagine a woman’s face. And you might have ideas about her story. You could be right of course. But you might be very wrong.

They are often just a step away from you. Adults and children you see but whose lives you cannot imagine. The numbers continue to rise, and so must our response to its hardest problems.
