HOME IS OFTEN THE MOST DANGEROUS PLACE IN AMERICA FOR WOMEN.

Family Services has been improving the lives of children and families in Forsyth County for nearly 116 years. We have been the caretakers of the Women’s Shelter since the 1980s. Leaving an abusive partner can be risky and frightening. If you or your children need to escape a dangerous home situation, our staff will be ready for you.
