Rebecca Nagaishi joined Family Services in July 1978. She is one of the agency’s longest serving members of the staff, serving as a family counselor, program director of the Pregnancy Counseling & Adoption program and master trainer for the Infant Adoption Awareness Project. As acting director of Clinical Services, she oversees the Family Solutions Division and the programs and services carried out by the Safe Relationships Division.

In February 2017, Vivien Stearns became the director of Family Services Child Development Division, adding more than 20 years of experience in elementary education and the field of early childhood education to Family Services Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Prior to her work with Family Services, Vivien envisioned retiring as a first-grade teacher. That was until she began making home visits as the Senior Infant-Toddler Specialist for the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
