WIN A PRIVATE FILM SCREENING FOR 12 PEOPLE 

WINSTON-SALEM, NC –  The last time that the Academy Awards occurred in April was more than a decade before Sexual Assault Awareness Month had been established.

This year, Promising Young Woman, a sexual assault revenge thriller, is nominated for five Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Director, and Best Actress, and Family Services is giving away a private screening on the day before the Oscars.

Anyone who makes a donation in any amount to Family Services before April 23, will be entered for a chance to win a private screening (for a group of up to 12 people) to watch Promising Young Woman at a/perture cinemas downtown.

Make a donation on Facebook, in any amount, before 12:01 a.m., Friday April 23. (1 entry)

What is it?

Valued at $300 for this private screening, you can gather your group — up to 12 people from your family or “pod” (for pods that include members outside of your household, we require that you physical distance inside the theater and wear face coverings when not actively enjoying our concessions.) and then enjoy your favorite concessions from a limited menu including candy, soda, beer, or wine.
