The murder-suicide Saturday night at Forsyth Medical Center appears from all accounts to have been a tragedy in the making for some time. And the shocking public nature of it is more evidence that the mindsets that often underpin acts of domestic violence are deep-seated and not easily resolved. Simply stated, those involved in unhealthy relationships need help.
