Our experienced adoption services staff helps children find their “forever families.”

Family Services has been bringing families together for decades. We provide a full range of adoption services to families adopting domestically and assist individuals and couples adopting internationally.

Family Services is licensed by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services and nationally accredited by the Council on Accreditation.

Domestic Adoption Program

 International Adoption

North Carolina families interested in adopting a child from outside the United States come to Family Services to help them navigate through the entire process from selecting an international adoption partner agency to your home study to ongoing support after adoption.

Family Services has helped families adopt children from China, Ethiopia, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Mongolia, Guatemala, India, Russia, and Eastern Europe. Our comprehensive international adoption services include:


Many women who have sought out our pregnancy counseling services choose to have their child adopted by a loving family. Family Services works with prospective parents to adopt these infants.

Other Adoption Services

Adoption can be a costly process; however, there are many resources, from grant and loan programs to federal income tax credits, to help make this process possible for families. For more information, see Preparing for Your Adoption.
