Cliff Campbell joined Family Services in April 2011, bringing 30 years of experience as a senior financial executive with an expertise in cash and debt management, restructuring and cost reduction.
For eight years, he was chief financial officer and treasurer for three decorative home furnishing companies specializing in global manufacturing and sourcing operations with dual headquarters in New York City and Goldsboro, North Carolina. He served as president during his last three years before returning to Winston-Salem in 2010, where he consulted for commercial and nonprofit organizations, including Family Services, before joining the agency’s executive team full time.
Cliff began his career in public accounting in Winston-Salem, where he worked for 15 years as a senior accountant, manager and later partner with two large local CPA firms. From there he transitioned to the apparel industry in Martinsville, Virginia and Eden, North Carolina, where he served as CFO and treasurer and vice president and treasurer, respectively.
A graduate of Wake Forest University, Cliff holds a bachelor of science in accountancy. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of North Carolina and is credentialed as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.
